The Discovery
Let’s begin with a conversation. We’ll chat with one another and explore which parts of your family’s days are the most full with vibrant energy and delightful realness. Maybe it’s your baby’s bath time, cooking a meal together in your family kitchen, creating an imaginative world filled with dinosaur toys with your preschooler, cuddling with your beloved to celebrate your beautiful changing body, hiking to your favorite spot in nature, feeding your newborn in the intimacy of your home. Together, we’ll talk through which moments give us a glimpse into the sweetness and messiness of your day-to-day life.
The Playtime
Expect to spend around 60-90 minutes playing together at and around your home or another meaningful spot. As you frolic, I’ll capture those everyday moments in a fresh, natural and low-pressure way. I’ll document your growing belly, the dimples on your new baby’s body, when your family makes pasta from scratch. Timing is everything! Using my professional expertise, I'll guide you through choosing the best time of day for our playdate, whether that’s the freshness of the early morning or the golden slanting rays of the late afternoon sun. I welcome you to a Portrait Playtime Session that will have your partner saying, “I didn’t think I was going to have as much fun.” Around three weeks after your session, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery featuring approximately 60 images for your review.
The Investment
As playful as I am, I take your investment in family photography very seriously. I come from a family lineage of artists. Photography pricing, like fine artwork, has a wide range. As you search the Triangle, you’ll discover that my work is neither the lowest nor the highest. My cost reflects a wealth of experience as well as a personal pledge that guarantees your experience goes beyond your expectations. Prices begin with a flat-rate session fee of $300 and then collections, which include both digital images and print credit, start at $775. Payment plans available.
